I'm not an Admin, but are you trying to "Reply" a post?

When you're looking at a post, there should be a space below to type a "Quick Reply" and buttons below the entry field saying (Full Editor & Preview) and (Submit). If you enter text in the box and hit submit you should be able to reply...
