Re: Damaged lug nuts?
I definitely had some trouble with the acorn style lug nuts that I bought, they loosened up, one two even went missing. I had put them on with an impact wrench and apparently that was not enough torque.

I have a lot of the RockHard 4x4 protection and I like their stuff, although they don't always send the right bolts for some reason, but they will make it right if you call. People rave about Metalcloak too, when I was looking they didn't have the right fit yet for the 2.0L JL.

Re: Electrical gremlins
Poor grounds cause lots of weird issues, check / clean the battery terminals too, if they are green then need to be cleaned. Maybe check for TSB's and recalls too, I had some serious weirdness in my old jeep and it turned out to be something with a TSB about the air bag ring causing electrical voodo...

Re: Towing a JKRU - what vehicle?
The jk on tons and 42's is going to be around 6500lbs. So scratch 7000 lb car trailer off. Now your on to a 10 or 12,000 lb trailer. Conservatively say 2,000lbs. Add gear. Your around 9,000. 3/4 ton or bigger don't look back. People say they pull with this and that even 1/2 tons. It's not safe. Goi...

Hi Brian, Welcome to BSJ!
Keep an eye out for the class IV runs, they are the perfect place to start to learn your rig and figure out what you may want to do next.
Tires and protection are very good places to start. The lift is actually the last mod I did to my Rubicon.
I love that wrap!
