Membership Information

We are now accepting applications for 2008!

Things to keep in mind when applying for membership:

For 2008 Baystate Jeepers membership is limited to 110 Regular Members, including the BOD!

A check for your annual dues should be included with your membership application

The number of Associate members allowed to join BSJ is limited to 30% of the Regular members.

You will be notified once your application is accepted.

If your member ship is not accepted the dues check will be returned before it is cashed.

You must fill out a new application every year!

There are two types of membership available:

Regular Member
$50
The Regular Membership is for applicants at least 18 years old who own a Jeep vehicle conforming to club membership requirements who wishes to participate in club sponsored events. A Regular member has full driving and voting privileges at all club sponsored events.
NOTE: Each Regular member can only sponsor 1 Associate Member at a time.

Associate Member
$10
An Associate Membership is for applicants at least 18 years old who are sponsored by a Regular Member for the purposes of driving someone else's Jeep vehicle conforming to club membership requirements at club sponsored events with the vehicle owner's permission.
An Associate membership is generally used to allow spouses, family, or friends of a Regular Member to drive the Regular Member's Jeep at club sponsored events.

If you are APPLYING or RENEWING your Regular Membership, please fill out the Member Application Form and mail it to the address at the top along with your $50 membership dues. You must fill out a new application every year!

If you are APPLYING or RENEWING your Associate Membership, please fill out the Associate Member Application Form and mail it to the address at the top with your $10 membership dues.

We also have a list of recommended (optional) equipment that you may bring at your discretion.
